Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.That is tantamout to a dictatorships power over the economy. Bush has made every effort he can to strengthen the Executive Branch far beyond anything ever imagined by our Founding Fathers. This clause being sneacked into a critical bill is another example and it must be removed!

Bush Tries To Sneak "Dictatorial" Powers INto Bailout Bill
Bush wants the bail out NOW. He wants it quick and there is a hidden reason. Buried down in section 8 of the bill is this little gem:
