I remember going to see the hilarious British Comedy “Carry On Nurse” when I was a kid. My parents took me to the slightly risqué film at the local Art House cinema. Ever since I tried to catch every Carry On film that was made, though several fell flat in comparison to the first efforts.
Many famous UK comedians cut their teeth in the films including Cyril Chamberlain, Jim Dale and Barbara Windsor. They were silly and ribald and just plain fun. Now comes news that the 39th Carry On film is back in production. The new film is entitled “Carry On London” and will be shot later this year.
