Think Progress reported today that Dick Cheney continued to make assertions that the captured trailers were WMD Biolabs even after public reports that they were nothing of the kind.
Both The New York Times and the Guardian ran articles revealing the doubts intelligence sources had in June, three months prior to Cheney's assertions on Meet The Press. I guess it's like Bush said:
"See, in my line of work, you gotta keep repeating things ... It's up to us to catapult the truth!"
I guess it works for catapulting lies as well.
