While sitting here watching Wall Street tank, I can at least take heart by looking at this photo of the latest public appearance by John McCain. He is campaigning without his eye candy, Sarah Palin and at this appearance in Veteran's Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, hs could draw no more than 3000 people. I a place that seats 16,000 it looks and is pitiful. Now why don't the polls reflect this apathy? Who knows, but if the trend continues they will have him in front of a green wall again to avoid seeing empty seats.Huffington Post has more.
