As Bush makes a lame trip to the Holy Lands, he seems intent on salvaging his legacy. I personally feel that train left the station years ago, however his aides are trying to spin it with a positive edge. They predict he will leave office with higher approval ratings.Again on a personal note, maybe they are speaking about people approving that he is leaving office?
