In an interview with Hugh Hewitt, Tony Show made clear his intention to leave the Bush Administration soon. His departure and a few more that he hinted at makes this look like a parade.
Look for more executive orders in coming months as Bush becomes increasingly isolated and the most lame or all "lame duck" presidents. ThinkProgress.org has a list of fleeing rats. Watch for at least two more resignations before Labor Day.
