Tasers are in the news lately. Seems Police just can't get enough of them. If they aren't tasering someone in the anus, they are using the non-lethal gadgets to subdue the mentally disabled. The latest fun and games comes from Mobile, Alabama.
Police used pepper spray and a taser on a deaf and mentally disabled man to get him to come out of a restroom. The magistrate on hearing the charges, refused to accept the charges. The man who has the mental abilities of a 10 year old wrote a detailed account of what happened. Though the words are basic, the account is chilling when you consider he couldn't hear the police.
I wonder if the President will call this police action stupid? It was!
