On FOX News, no less, Carly Fiorina babbled and babbled but refused to give Chris Wallace a single idea for cutting spending that would reduce the $4 trillion deficit and continued to defend the Bush era tax cuts for the rich.
Like most Republicans they can spout rhetoric, but don't really have any ideas.
Watch and be as confused as I am. She was asked 7 times and never answered.
