I gotta wonder where John McCain went wrong. After all, he did change from the moderate voice of reason to a line-towing Bushie, and that should have gotten him something, shouldn't it? He made a trip to Baghdad for a faked-up photo op and that should have motivated the GOP base, shouldn't it? He is even going back to Iraq for another photo op this 4th of July.
OK, here is the truth John. You caved to Bush and you look like a toady. Just another Bush "yes man" who can't think for himself. Your trips to Iraq might be a good idea if you are running for President of Iraq, but you aren't John, at least I don't think you are. You even back the Immigration Reform Bill and heck John, you should know the "base" doesn't want them "foreigners" here in this country!
It is no surprise to me that McCain isn't doing so well in the fundraising battle. He is out of touch with the majority of the country. He has thrown his lot in with a failed President and his only backers are the few brain dead voters who still think the country is headed in the right direction. McCain announced today he is dropping 50+ staffers. Will it be any surprise when he drops out completely?
