The similarities between this outrage and the raid on the Rainbow Lounge in Ft. Worth are stunning. It seems the police were having fun as they abused patrons and made them lie face down on the floor for up to an hour. Some say they were kicked in the ribs, and one offered this quote by police in his formal complaint:
"Then I heard laughing and giggling and saying this is more fun than raiding niggers with crack. They also told us to shut the fuck up unless we were spoken too [sic]."Southern Voice has more.
