Obama Wins, Hillary Finally Will Concede & McCain Looks Older Than Ever

I watched three speeches last night. First Hillary Clinton, making Barack Obama’s triumphal night all about her. Then McCain standing in front of an ugly green wall as he doddered and whined about Obama being young. Then, finally, Barack Obama igniting a huge crowd with the enthusiasm it will take to win the election in November.

It was at that moment I knew I had supported the right candidate. Not really, I knew Obama was the candidate back when he made the opening speech at the Democratic Convention four years ago! Obama is making history every day from this point forward and I am delighted.

Additionally, news comes tonight that Hillary will concede and throw her support behind Obama this weekend. It’s about time. Now, it’s time for the Democrats to circle the wagons and get ready for the GOP attack machine. The difference this year is, the GOP has a lame candidate who resembles George Bush far too much.

Hint to McCain, might want to stop making those references to Obama being young. It's one of his greatest strength, and you are playing right into it.

Hello Mr. Haberman,

My name is Alexandra Di Trolio and I was looking to contact you about being a guest for a radio show. I apologize about leaving this message in the comments section but I wasn't able to locate an email addess. I work for a show called "The Blog Bunker" on Indie Talk channel 110 on Sirius Satellite Radio. It is a political talk channel, not party affiliated, that is described as "political talk for people who hate politics". The show "The Blog Bunker" is a casual political talk show and we like to think of ourselves as an independent show that likes to discuss the issues in society and our world. Many of our stories and information come from blogs across the country. We take the issues seriously, but not ourselves, and like to make the show as informative and entertaining as possible. We would love to have you on our show. We are based in the New York area and would welcome the opportunity to do an in studio interview or a phone interview if one in studio is not possible. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
