Mississippi Lawmaker - Coat Hanger Abortions are OK

Mississippi proudly marches backwards in time as Mississippi State Representative Bubba Carpenter tells his audience when talking about poor women performing self-abortions with coat hangers, "We have to start somewhere."  These yokels will do anything to get the fundamentalist vote, even sacrifice the lives of pregnant women, but only if they are poor.  Appalling!
