For years there have been rumors about Batman and Robin, but the ambiguously gay duo always stayed platonic in their relationship. During the height of the AIDS epidemic the character Northstar came out to promote AIDS awareness. Now the world of comics has a genuine gay relationship.X-Men spinoff comic X-Factor features a kiss between two male characters in its 45th issue that has set the comic world on its ink and newsprint ear. The characters Ricktor and Shatterstar share a kiss after what has been a long and tense relationship.
